Board of Directors
EMD consists of 3 Special Districts. Each District has their own elected Board of Directors. Members of the board of directors must an eligible voter and be a resident within the boundaries of their respective districts. All Districts are governed by Colorado Title 32.

Each District has a set of Rules and Regulations that were created by the District and approved by the governing bodies (the B.O.D). Any changes to the Rules and Regulations must be approved by the Board of Directors. The yearly budget for each District must also be approved by the Board of Directors.
All meetings are posted at the beginning of each year on the District Board page, and any changes to meetings or special meetings are posted in the Notice section of the District Board pages.
