The Administration Department handles all administrative operations for Evergreen Metro District, West Jefferson County Metro District and Kittredge Sanitation and Water District.
Billing and Accounts Receivable: At the Admin office the Billing and A.R. team process payments into our billing system daily. Once a month they generate bills through our billing software, review customers changes (like property sales) and process the statements to be sent by mail and email. They also send out notices via phone, email and text to customers regarding large leaks, and emergency or planned water and wastewater construction.
Accounts Payable: The Accounts Payable person is in charge of district pay all the bills for the districts, and invoice bulk and hydrant customers. They also ensure that the district finances are being accounted for and allocated as the Board of Directors has requested. The Board of Directors is responsible for approving the yearly budget, setting rates, and approving large purchases. Administrative Manager: The Administrative Manager oversees the yearly audit, staff training and the admin building. Safety and further education are very important to the districts and EMD. We require annual safety training and encourage all employees to learn as much as possible about their positions and the water and wastewater processes throughout the district.
- Administrative Supervisor and System Administrator: Our admin team also provides support to all out the other departments and the Board of Directors. We oversee fixing system hardware and troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring our systems are protected to prevent cyber attacks and keep our customers information safe.
